Clint Hardy, PhD, LCSW

I specialize in helping adults and teens struggling with depression, suicidality, anxiety, trauma/posttraumatic stress, and other mental health challenges find hope and purpose. I work with clients to understand the origin, function, and severity of their distress. Collaboratively, we develop a credible treatment plan personalized to their needs and preferences and congruent with the current research. Consistent with evidence-based practice, this approach is dynamic and often involves combining two or more treatment modalities to effectively treat different aspects of a client's concerns.

As a therapist and social scientist, I value both my clients' self-determination and research. I am trained in motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and other modalities that can help you accomplish your goals. I also have expertise in crisis and suicide response planning and intervention. It takes courage to seek help. Please contact me directly with any questions or to schedule an appointment!
