Welcome To My Practice!

I founded Hardy Behavioral Health (HBH) as a platform to offer high-quality mental and behavioral health services for adults and adolescents. HBH specializes in trauma/PTSD, depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, and other mental health and life challenges. We also provide crisis and suicide prevention services, including risk assessment, crisis response planning, and brief therapy. If you or a loved one are experiencing mental health concerns or need help navigating adversity in your life, I encourage you to reach out today for an initial consultation or to schedule an appointment. You Are Not Alone

Are you struggling with depression, irritability, or hopelessness? Do fear and anxiety consume your life? Have you experienced trauma or a stressful event that is disrupting your life? Do you engage in unhealthy or addictive behavior to feel better or avoid negative thoughts and feelings? Are you hesitant to seek help? You are not alone. Many others face mental health challenges. The National Institute of Mental Health estimates that 1 in 5 adults in the US are currently living with a mental illness. According to an article cited by Harvard Medical School, more than half of the world’s population will experience a mental health disorder in their lifetime. Similar to physical health conditions, professional help is often needed to overcome mental health challenges. Led by Dr. Hardy, we have the expertise and tools to help you find purpose and success in life despite these challenges. Please reach out today to schedule an initial consultation or therapy appointment.
