Insurance & Payment


Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, our services may be covered in full or in part. We always recommend contacting your insurance provider to verify your plan's coverage for mental health and psychotherapy services.

Currently, we take the following insurance providers: 

  • Aetna
  • United Health Care (UHC) | UBH
  • Optum
  • Anthem | Elevance
  • Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • Regence
  • Select Health
  • Public Employees Health Program (PEHP)
  • GEHA
  • UMR
  • Cigna. 

We take the following insurances as an out-of-network provider but handle all billing for our clients.

  • DMBA 
  • University of Utah Employee Mental Health Plans 

We also provide information for clients seeking out-of-network (OON) reimbursement from other insurance providers. 


Insurance copays are due at the time of service. If you do not have insurance, payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Payments can be made online through our billing portal.  

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
