Getting Started with Therapy

1. Schedule Your First Session

Choose a time that works for you using our online booking system. We are available weekdays during business hours.

2. Complete Your Intake Forms

After scheduling, you’ll receive a set of confidential forms to help us understand your needs and goals. These will need to be completed within 24 hours of booking to hold your appointment.

3. Meet Your Therapist

In your first session, you’ll talk with your therapist about what brought you here and what you hope to achieve. Your therapist will also complete an initial biopsychosocial assessment and discuss initial treatment goals.

4. Create a Personalized Plan

With your therapist, you’ll develop a therapy plan tailored to your unique needs and comfort level.

5. Complete Your Plan & See Your Growth

Therapy is a journey. We’ll support you every step of the way to ensure you are progressing towards your goals.
